TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This site is owned and operated by Check-in Cards. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Check-in Cards, the brand, the logo, the illustrations, the photographs and the text and content on our website and in the products, are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property rights.
Check-in Cards may not be reproduced, used or represented, in whole or in part, without written authorisation from Check-in Cards under penalty of legal proceedings. In accordance with the provisions of the Dutch Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorised.
We are always happy to help and answer any questions about Check-in Cards via email (email@example.com), or use the FAQ’s page.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.
Shopping at Check-in Cards
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will send a confirmation that the order has been processed which is not the binding acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order comes with the despatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time without liability.
All orders are subject to availability. If the card deck you have ordered is not available from stock, we will contact you. You can either wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Only one code is permitted per order. When entered correctly the Discount Code will generate the reduction in your basket. We regret we cannot process codes retrospectively after the order has been placed due to the cost of bank processing fees on refunds. The best way to keep up-to-date on offers is via social media.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on proceed to check out during the ordering process. If the order has been despatched, you will be liable for cost of delivery to and return delivery. Please view our refund policy for further details.
Please note purchasing currency is EURO – all other currencies can be used as a guide only. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates.
You are required to pay extra for the delivery. The rate varies according to the country ordered. Any order before noon will be sent the same day and after 12.00 the following day. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order.
We take no responsibility for non-delivery due to an error on the order addresses nor for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
Estimated delivery time in:
- – The Netherlands: within 2-3 working days
- – Europe: within 10 working days
- – Worldwide: within 20 working days
- – USA & Canada: within 5-8 working days (depending the State and its location)
Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your contract you will need to notify us in writing. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling, however you will be responsible for any costs associated with the return.
Cancellations are only processed with a Returns Number issued by us. After you informed us that you want to return the card deck within 14 days, you have another 14 days to return the card deck to us. You need to keep a receipt of your return so that we can track it, and make sure that the card deck was returned within the time frame of 14 days.
Provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, we will refund you the purchase price as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Liabilities If you do not receive the order within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address within 60 days of the date on which you ordered the card deck.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
- 1. to replace or repair any goods that are damaged.
- 2. to make good any shortage or non-delivery.
- 3. to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.
Certain national laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain goods to you. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. You will be liable for any customs, duty or tax amount on import of goods.
You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the products and services. There is no guarantee that you will achieve any particular results using the products and services of Check-in Cards. All information provided in connection with the products and services is intended for inspirational, educational and amusement for a general audience and not as specific advice for an individual or business.
